Overview
The SiteTour application collects no user data. All project data — including panoramic imagery, inspection records, annotations, and generated reports — is stored exclusively on the customer's own server. SiteTour does not transmit any project data to external services, nor does it include telemetry or usage reporting of any kind.
This website
No analytics or tracking scripts are loaded on sitetour.app. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural profiling. The contact form on this site submits to Netlify Forms; submissions are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. No submission data is shared with third parties.
Customer portal
The customer portal at sitetour.app/portal requires an email address and company name for authentication purposes. These details are used solely to identify your organisation's licence and are not shared with any third party. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us directly.
