SiteTour 360
The SiteTour 360 desktop application collects no user data. All project data — including panoramic imagery, inspection records, annotations, and generated reports — is stored exclusively on the customer's own machine. SiteTour 360 does not transmit any project data to external services, nor does it include telemetry or usage reporting of any kind.
SiteTour Diary
SiteTour Diary is currently in early access. Diary project data (daily diary entries, photographs, and site sign-in records) is processed under the terms of each early-access agreement, and full privacy documentation will be published here before general availability. Registering interest via the contact form is covered by the website terms below.
This website
No analytics or tracking scripts are loaded on sitetour.app. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural profiling. The contact form on this site submits to Netlify Forms; submissions are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. No submission data is shared with third parties.
Customer portal
The customer portal at sitetour.app/portal requires an email address and company name for authentication purposes. These details are used solely to identify your organisation's licences and subscriptions across SiteTour products and are not shared with any third party. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us directly.
