Licence Terms
This is a summary. The full End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is provided with each licence file.
Licence grant
SiteTour is licensed on a per-organisation basis. The licence grants the named organisation the right to install and operate the software on infrastructure under its direct control. Licences are non-transferable and may not be sub-licensed or assigned to a third party without prior written consent.
Permitted use
The software may be used for internal business purposes only. Resale, redistribution, or use as part of a commercial service offering to external clients is not permitted under this licence. If you require a reseller or integrator arrangement, contact us to discuss appropriate terms.
Warranty
SiteTour is provided as-is. No warranty of fitness for a specific purpose is made beyond the documented feature set. We make reasonable efforts to resolve reported defects in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from defects. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their data.
Data responsibility
Because SiteTour is self-hosted, the customer is solely responsible for the security, integrity, and availability of data stored on their own infrastructure. This includes access controls, backup procedures, and compliance with any applicable data protection regulations. Matthew King trading as SiteTour accepts no liability for loss or exposure of data arising from deficiencies in the customer's infrastructure or operational practices.
Governing law
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
