Why flat pricing
Per-seat pricing kills site diaries.
Charge per user and firms ration licences to one admin — who becomes a data-entry bottleneck transcribing everyone else's notes on Friday. That defeats the entire point: records written at the time, by the person who was there. Flat per-project pricing means every engineer on the job logs their own day, and the workforce signs itself in.
- Projects are the unit — pay for what's live, not for how many people tell the truth about it.
- Workers are never seats — Attend sign-in is free for everyone at the gate, no app, no account.
- Free trial is the full product — one active project with nothing held back, for as long as you need it.
Questions
What counts as an "active" project?
A project that's accepting new diary entries. Finished jobs can be archived — their records stay readable and exportable forever and don't count against your limit.
What does early access involve?
You get the working product — mobile capture, PM dashboard, and Attend — on real projects, with direct input into the roadmap and the PDF format. In return we ask for honest feedback. Early-access pricing is locked in for the beta cohort.
Where is the data held?
On infrastructure we control directly — no third-party SaaS layers between you and your records. Dictation runs on-device where the phone supports it, and audio never touches our servers. Full data documentation ships with each early-access agreement.
Can records be edited after submission?
No. Submitted entries are locked permanently. Drafts are editable, and every change — draft or otherwise — is recorded in a hash-chained audit log that's re-verifiable on demand. That's the product.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly, cancel any time. Your records remain exportable — PDF and Markdown — whether or not you stay.
