Is there a free trial?
Not currently, but contact us to arrange a short-term evaluation licence.
Can I run SiteTour on an air-gapped network?
Yes. Licence validation is entirely local — no internet connection is required at any point during normal operation. The .lic file is validated against a public key embedded in the application.
How does licence renewal work?
You receive a new signed .lic file, either via email or by downloading it from the customer portal at sitetour.app/portal. Replace the existing file in your installation directory and restart the server.
What happens when my licence expires?
A 14-day grace period applies. During this time the application continues to operate with a warning banner. After 14 days the app displays a full-screen renewal notice and suspends access until a valid licence is installed.
