Installation

Requirements

Windows 10 or later, or macOS 12 (Monterey) or later. No additional software required.

Installation steps

1. Download the SiteTour installer from your licence email or the customer portal.
2. Run the installer (SiteTour-Setup.exe on Windows, SiteTour.dmg on macOS) and follow the prompts.
3. Launch SiteTour from the Start menu or Applications folder.

That’s it. There is no server to configure and no terminal required.

Licence installation

When SiteTour first opens it will prompt you to locate your licence file. Click Browse and select the sitetour.lic file from your licence email. The licence is validated locally and only needs to be installed once.

To replace or renew a licence later, go to Settings → Licence → Replace licence file.
